TMFI would like to wish Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Happy Birthday!!!! I can’t believe it’s been 55 years since he left us. We commemorate Dr. King in all we do here at TMFI, his values and activism is a model we use in our everyday thinking and reactions. I wasn’t born while Dr. King was mentoring people all around the world but by his constant passing of the torch to so many to name over the years, has allowed for him to live on in our hearts and minds, what we do and what we dare to do. As we continue to celebrate and honor what Dr. King stood for each time he marched we are reminded that he wanted a world of peace, a world of equality, a world where you could make a life for your family regardless of the color of your skin or the despair of character. I see a world of good doers so as we continue our efforts to bring together a world of inclusion we must always remember the ones who’s blood shed for the mission. Thank you Dr. King for being that beacon of hope for our grandparents, and parents and now us, your dream is now and will continue to be our DREAM!!!!
