Becoming the BEST you that you can be is easier said then to be done. How do we know when we are not our best self? Do you examine yourself periodically to see if your goals or achievements have met the timelines you set for yourself. Are you happy with your life situation in terms of mind, body and spirit? Is everything going according to plan and there isn’t anything you would change about any aspect of your well being? If you answered yes to my last question, then pat yourself on the back and continue doing what you are doing, it’s working, HECK! share it, pay it forward to lend a helping hand to someone you know in need. Below is an article I read and now I am sharing with you. Have you ever given comfort to someone with a hug, kiss, massage or was just there as a listening ear, well this article has self soothing strategies that I think can help anyone in any situation. I learned a great deal reading this article on how self soothing techniques can help cope with different emotions and experiences and I must say after reading this article there is no doubt that I can stand to pin this article on my white board. I hope you benefit from this article and enjoy it as much as I have.
