My Christmas or celebratory wish for you this season is that you are able to tell someone you love them before it’s too late. Everyday we are faced with challenges that affect our daily living being, finance, work, illness, health and fitness, relationships and our mental health and so we now have incorporated a pandemic in the midst of everything else we are navigating through. So our normal stressors have become super sized by disease that has prevented us of the natural interaction and cohabitating we are uniquely accustomed to. So as we distance ourselves with face masks from our friends, family and acquaintances how is it affecting our human existence? Will we grow further apart in seeking relationships? How will our ancestral nurturing affect the upcoming generations with our shift in what we’ve considered normal affectionate behavior? So before it’s too late and we have regrets if there is someone or something you have been longing to say , say it, tell them you love them, don’t wait, don’t hesitate, don’t miss that small small window of opportunity, tell them, write them, spread the good news of love language it’s probably the one thing that’s some of us are holding onto by a thread! The holidays can be so tuff for many of us, so I pray that you find comfort in something tangible that will put a smile on your face if only for one day.
This Christmas and Holiday season is becoming repetitive but not anticipated in Christmas and Holidays to come! We all must do our part to practice safe measures to ensure we stay protected. I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday season celebrating your cultural traditions this expected time of year. Please be safe and remember someone loves you whether you know it or not!
blessings,
T
